All pilots will be expected to adhere to the flying site rules as described within the BMFA Handbook. The
following additional rules are the property of the Brighouse Vintage Model Aircraft Club.
1 The areas coloured red on all the flying site maps are strictly no fly zones, any failure to comply will
result in immediate grounding.
2 The pits and parked vehicles areas will on all occasions be designated a no fly zone. Models
must not be flown over or directly towards these areas.
3. After landing no aircraft will be allowed to taxi towards the pits.
4 The flight safety officer will on the day indicate the take off, flight line, landing area and the circuit
direction.
5 The flight safety officer will at his discretion examine any model for mechanical and electrical integrity.
6 Aerobatics will only be allowed in the designated air space.
7 The CD and the flight Safety Officer will ground any flier should they consider flight safety has been
compromised.
8 Where any safety issue is concerned the flight safety officer will be the sole arbiter and
his decision will be final

CARS SHOULD
BE MOVED TO THE PARKING AREA BY THE GATE, AS SOON AS MODELS AND EQUIPMENT ARE
OFF LOADED.

STRICTLY NO
DOGS ALLOWED IN THE PITS AREA . PETS SHOULD BE LEFT IN CAR PARK VICINITY WITH
A SUPPLY OF WATER DURING HOT WEATHER.
